Directly before casting; this jutsu is extremely detectable, if nothing else.
 

What it does: The user strains dimensional boundaries around his blade, causing essokinesis-copies of its potential attacks to occur. These he fires forward (at jutsu speed and power), in the form of a bullet about 3 meters in radius. The bullet itself is a whirling mass of space-time slashes (and is visible).
The bullet, of course, upon contact with an opponent, will deal both impact and slicing damage. However, the most feared aspect of this is not that it's a fast bullet with some slicing power, but that the bullet modifies pressure around it. This results in anything (except the user) within a 3-meter radius of the bullet's exterior being pulled toward the bullet at S-rank speed; S-rank strength or opposing force required to resist.
