Appearance: Square sheets of metal with sharpened edges, and a circular hole in the middle. When they absorb Chakra a blue snake-like design appears on them.

Seals on these Shuriken absorb chakra from Jutsu that they come into contact with, decreasing that Jutsu's power by one rank. After that chakra is absorbed the Shuriken Shatters, never to be used again.
