What it does: The mirror reflects any attacks caught in it's reflection. These attacks are summoned by the mirrior and collide with attack with the same power, and cancel each other out. No matter what type of attack it is, the mirrior reflects it, and after the two jutsu cancel each other out the jutsu made by this mirror turns into water.
Once More the power of the Jutsu create is equal to the Power of the jutsu which it reflects. However this jutsu does not gain any power from skills, items, jutsu, or anything at all! If the opposing Jutsu is somehow boosted after the jutsu has been created this jutsu will NOT gain any power. It is as powerful as the opposing jutsu was when the mirrored jutsu was created. Simple.
At max the mirror can reflect 3 attacks.

Backstory:The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then hooking onto and rotating the 'mirror' 90° with their staff, the reflections emerge and materialize from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same technique as their counterpart — regardless of its type — they counter the attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse into water.
