What it does: The user can form giant mantis claws on their arms made of water at the speed of their reaction speed, extending the range of attack. These claws have a sharpness equal to the rank of the technique and can grow the more the jutsu advanced starting with a max length of 1 meter and increasing every new rank, and are able to freely manipulate the length of the claws as they grow. One can also apply chakra flow through the claws akin to the chakra scalpel, increasing the attack's sharpness and thus penetrative force by one rank. This technique is similar to chakra scalpel as it can be used for surgery, and even has more utility as it can be used on patient the medical ninja cannot get too close to. Once the user ranks this technique up to B ranking the user can make cuts within the body without creating an open wound, thus limiting infection. Once they reach A ranking they can easily cut through flesh. As these claws are made of water they will reform from anything that destroys them in one post. Those with this technique may start at any rank and train 500 words to advanced to next rank or 500 to learn the lower rank. Note that just because you advance does not mean you cannot use a lower ranked version of this technique if you chose.

Backstory: A medical technique created to be used on patients that were too infections to get close to. It was believed to be created by desert shinobi after studying the way scorpions and praying mantis attacked their prey and was advanced upon witnessing the chakra scalpel technique.
