Hell Bringers Form: Because the blade is not made by shinobi hands but instead forged in the pits of hell the user takes the form of the one who created the blade.  This transform takes 1D rank chakra capacity when first activated of which it would drain 1 C rank capacity for every post it is active for.

Hell Bringers Gate: This ability allows the blade slice the air in four lines down, four lines across. Once the lines have been created they become engulfed in flames and sent at a target at a speed of S. If caught the gates will surround the user in a gate of flames sealing the top of the gates as well. These flames can not be extinguished if caught in the hell bringers gate. Only an outside source can extinguish the flames or if the user deactivates Hell bringers form.  The flames have the strength of S and take a chakra capacity of A every use. These flames can not be consumed  This skill is only used for binding.  One can walk through the flames but one would have to have health stats equal to or higher than the user's current health stats to walk through without taking damage equal to the strength of the user's current stat.

Hell Bringers Strength: This ability allows the user to have the strength of the creator of the blade, the strength of the user is +1 stat of strength.  This ability is part of Hell Bringers Form

Passive:
Much like any Sword this blade can also be used to attack, the blade carries the flames of hell inside of it which are active when attacked.  The flames are at a strength of S as well as having the properties to hurt even the fire DS but the strength of the flames dim down to the strength of A when used against a Fire DS.

Backstory:
The weapon is said to be made by a demon nick named "Hell Bringer" he used to be a fellow angel who was cast down into hell, for his revenge he decided to forge a blade that would take the properties of hells torturous flame as curse the user to take Hell Bringer's physical form.  This was to be revenge to cause chaos, this blade would eventually be left in the hands of the Osaka family which have been tasked by the Hokage to protect with their life as the blade's demonic properties were not of this world and were dangerous to be put in anyone else's hands.

False Altercation: When the User wears this armor the user has the ability to command it to take a false form to look much like a konoha anbu black ops' armor set.  This can be used to fool other ninja as well as a disguise. The act of activating the false altercation is simply say activate.  The only ninja who can see through the false altercation are all konoha ANBU and the Hokage. The cost of activation is 1 C rank Chakra capacity and another C rank chakra capacity to deactivate it.  The Ability can only be active for 10 full posts before deactivating on it's own.

Wind Chakra Deflect: This armor was specially made for the Osaka Branch of the Jotei clan meaning that the armor was infused with platings that made the armor almost completely resistant to wind based jutsu however it only reduces the power of wind chakra techs used on the wearer by one

Enhancements: As long as this armor is on the wearer the wearer gets an increased stat of 1 rank of strength and speed due to the armor being extremely light and holder of a strength increase seal.

This armor was passed down through the Osaka Branch family line as many osaka members were put on line of battle to dress as anbu to protect the village hidden in the leaf in place of anbu that chose a sneaky tactic of winning the battles. Because the armor was used to create a false fabrication in appearance the Hokage who had them created for the Osaka branch put seals on each one that allowed enhancements to help protect the villagers.

Anti-Destruction:The mask can not be destroyed, the mask itself is created from the users chakra to solidify, so if broken it will slowly reform after a long duration of 20 posts. this is reduced by every rank of the user's chakra capacity. {e-20posts, d-18 posts, C- 16 posts, B-14 posts, A 12 Posts, S-10 posts, SS 8 posts}

Enhancements: The mask gives off properties to add enhanced speed and strength. 1 full rank up to Locomotive, Reactive, Will Power, Strength.


Hollow Abilities: Hollow is a form of chakra that is cast from the mask, much like the zanpaktou there are forms of the mask that can be used however instead of two forms there are three. Much like the zanpaktou the mask requires an incantation to activate. The abilities will be registered as jutsu but are called Hado and can be used through activation of the following modes

• Half Mask: This form allows the user to have access to only one ability this will be registered as a jutsu equal to A rank no lower
  
• Full Mask: This form allows the user to have access to another follow up ability that will be registered as a jutsu equal to S or SS no lower. When form is learned the user gains a 10 year application to their physical form due to this form needing to advance ten years to learn.

Clean Slice: This blade has the ability to slice through two elements that match it's own, lightning and water. Due to it's rank it can only slice through water and lightning like jutsu provided it matches is equal to or lower than the blade's Rank

Separation: This blade secretly looks like one whole blade however it can be pulled apart to use seperate elements that create storm, Water and Lightning.

Storing: This blade has the ability to store Lightning and water into it to fire off a beam from the tips in the form of a storm element. Because the blade is made from the Dragon, Lagia, scales it doesn't require chakra to usage to store, however it can only store up to 8 D Ranks, 6 C, 4, B, 2A, 1 S Jutsu attacks.  It will require an additional cost of half the users chakra to release the beam though as it requires Storm release chakra to release the storm related elemental beam

The blade was created from the Storm dragon Lagia, because of the elements that are stored inside of the blade it has the ability to separate. It is said Lagia can consume the blade as well as regurgitate then back up when ever needed. The blade itself looks to be covered in the same scales that lagia too is covered it. The blade can be duplicated hence the name however duplication is not really the process the blade is really two blades in one to create the storm element. The blade also is about three times the size of a kunai, making it perfect for dual wield if need to.

Doragon Myaku: Doragon Myaku is the process of the blade being able to pierce through any Dragon Slayer jutsu so long as it is S rank, if the Jutsu is SS the blade can only decrease the effect of the jutsu by one rank of strength.

Doragon Tenpo: Doragon Tenpo is the process of the blade being able to steal a jutsu equal to or lower than it's Strength. The jutsu however must be a DS jutsu and requires  1 A rank Chakra capacity to release the Jutsu.  Because the jutsu is owned by the DS user when fired back the DS user can not consume it as the jutsu is still formed by their own chakra. This blade can only store one DS jutsu at a time. The blade stores the jutsu on it's own without any chakra needed to be used to store it, it takes an additional A rank chakra capacity to release the jutsu.

Doragon Gorogoro: Doragon Gorogoro is the process of making the blade shatter into pieces which float above the wielder of the blade.  Act which the user can command the blade pieces scatter forward.  The sword was specifically made to sense DS chakra meaning that the pieces will only be able to home in on DS users, upon contact of a DS user the blade releases a small compact burst which can stun the chakra flow of the DS user. The pieces can be reformed back into the full blade, the pieces fly at the speed of S and have the strength of C for each piece which is eight total pieces. Each use of this takes 1 full A rank chakra capacity. The target would need health equal the wielder plus one to resist the stun of this attack.

Passive:
Blood Active: This blade is made to be part of the user who uses it, at the sheathe there is a trigger which the wield must press down which causes the user to be cut at the tip of the thumb which runs through the sheathe which activates the sheathe to release the blade, once the blood is administered until the wielder dies, the blade can only be used by them. This must be used every time to unsheathe it.

Backstory:
The creation of this blade is said to be made by a ninja who could slay dragons.  It is said that it was formed from the scales of the first dragon ever to exist which would then be used to slay other dragons.  This blade has other unknown materials as the ninja who created died unkown to the world as well.  The blade would later be found in the village hidden in the leaf housed by the Jotei clan.  Originally the Hokage protected the blade before the Jotei brothers showed up which one required the blade to slay a dragon, after which because of the Blood Active ability of the blade it stayed with him to his grave which would later be sealed in his tomb.  Eventually the tomb was broken into and put on the market of which Gunji later found and would soon later purchase.

Kunai like structure being formed in the hands of the user which can be tossed or used to defend.
 

What it does:
This allows the user to create a Kunai in the hand of the user coated by electricity, if used by a normal ninja with lightning based chakra they have to throw the kunai instantly because of chakra drain.  But if a Metsuki user due to having copious amounts of chakra in their system they can hold onto the kunai for defense for a total of two posts before having to part with it.  The Kunai in the hand of a regular lightning chakra based user is D rank chakra capacity for a Metsuki user it is E rank chakra capacity.

This jutsu allows the user of red Eye or White eye to charge at the target whether it be someone or something at the speed of B of which they will channel chakra into their feet.  Once done they will attempt to kick their target with the strength of B.  When the user strikes and the foot connects the chakra channeled into the foot shoots a sharp pain into the target as if a spear pierced into them.  The way to avoid this attack is to have Strength equal to higher than B. The chakra capacity used for this jutsu is C rank.

This jutsu follows the same basics as that of Metsuki Construct: Traveling Spear.  Instead of the metsuki user placing chakra into their feet they focus it directly into their palm of their hand.  When the user strikes the opponent with in open palm and the strike is successful the chakra structure of the opponent goes haywire and feels like a hidden blade was forced through the palm.  The reason for this is because metsuki have a special KKG where their chakra when made contact act like a blade.  What really is happening is the chakra bursts in the hand of the metsuki user at contact which shoots into the opponent at the strength of B making it feel like a blade is stabbing them.  Resistance from this attack is to have strength equal to or higher than B.  The chakra capacity to use this jutsu is B.

What it does:
After the user inserts chakra from their body to the ground they are standing on they can form a large chakra jaw that is wide open that reaches a 20 meter radius at a distance from 1-40 meters away from the user.  The jaw appears to be almost barely visible, though those with sharingan,byakugan,or any other doujutsu can clearly see the construct with it's large like jaws the size of around 20 meters high with jagged edges throughout the teeth.  The user then holds their hands in front of their mouth which serves as the activating key point for the mouth to close. Once the user closes their mouth so too do the chakra construct jaws, the jaws close as the speed of A as well as at the strength of A.  To avoid harm one would need A or higher ranked strength. Upon creating the jaws themselves take B rank chakra capacity due to it's size. There is an exception to the speed and strength of this jutsu when it is used by a metsuki of the Red eye, because of the animalistic behavior from a Red eye user the jutsu increases itself to S strength and S speed thus the resistance needed would be S or higher ranked strength.  The chakra capacity to summon those jaws would be A ranked.

This jutsu was originally used by Enzeru's mother, it was used in the attempt to destroy kumo but was never finalized after Enzeru's father killed her. The secrets of this jutsu however are said to be almost instinct to those who are metsuki.

What it does:
This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki black eyes to create a black whip that ranges between 40-50m in size.  The user can then send the whip to attack the user at the speed and strength of A.  This whip has a second ability where is can break into two.  It has a third ability where the whip can also become a blade. The whip has the ability to split into two whips which can either wrap around the opponents limbs and used to pull at them or turn into blades to pierce into two separate spots on the target. Because when it is split in two the whips divide their strength equally but their speed stays the same. The strength of both the whips is capped at B which when combined is at A.  In order to avoid damage one needs A rank Strength or higher.  The chakra capacity to make the whip is C, the chakra capacity to turn whip into blade is B each, the chakra capacity to split the whip into two is A.

What it does:
This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki eyes to construct a chakra field around their body that is invisible to those unless they have a doujutsu that can see chakra themselves.  This field of chakra takes refuge as a shield or force field for the user of which can deflect any physical contact jutsu that is Equal to A or lower in rank.  The chakra capacity to activate the field is B the chakra capacity to keep it active is C rank each post, though if attacked and successfully deflects a jutsu it must be reformed. Strength of the field is A rank. Red Eye can reflect the jutsu back at the user if B rank or lower due to their animalistic behavior the chakra capacity to reflect a jutsu back is A rank.  Note genjutsu's are not included they still will do damage no matter what.

Upon doing this the user can then kick at the speed of A with a series of barrages that happen to be the user kicking simultaneously of at least twenty to thirty kicks.  Because of the chakra placed in the soles of the users feet it feels like the target is getting several kunai shot into them at the same time.  The way to avoid this is to have Strength equal to or higher than A.  The chakra capacity for this move is around C.

C-Rank Metsuki:

• Must have a medium to form the chakra through, a piece of broken wood for a handle if trying to form a sword, the extra forming into a sword would be chakra capacity of C.
  
• Kunai, Senbon, Knives, anything within the size of these weapons can be constructed without a medium.  Each construct takes D Chakra Capacity
  
• Blue form can only make the blade in a ghost like structure, the blade will only be able to last through one attack before needing to reconstruct.

• Forming Scythe no longer needs a medium. Forming the constructs takes B rank chakra capacity.
  
• S Rank unlocks the ability to construct a Claymore. The claymore construct will need a medium much like how it did for C rank and B rank and A rank.  Chakra capacity for scythe is S rank.
  
• Blue form can only make the blade in a ghost like structure, the blade will only be able to last through one attack before needing to reconstruct.
  
• Red form makes the construct solid but jagged.  Because of the solid form it can last a total of 2 posts before needing to reconstruct.
  
• Black form makes the construct completely black and solid.  This specific construct can last a total of 3 posts before needing to reconstruct
  
• White form makes the construct completely white and solid. This specific construct can last a total of 6 posts before needing to reconstruct
  
• Scythes are at maximum of S rank Strength. Claymore constructs are A rank strength due to needing a medium.
  

SS Rank Metsuki:

• All forms from C-S can now freely be formed without any use of a medium with the chakra capacity of B needed

Backstory:
This specific technique was created by the metsuki clan as it partook to their special bloodline ability.  This specific technique is what gave metsuki members their nickname, of course as they ranked up their nickname would change.  The nickname depended on their eye level and what construct they made.  X blade, was the style of the nickname, X being the eye level unlocked and blade being the construct they made at that eye level.  This technique is what Enzeru's mother planned to teach him however after being killed by his father, she never got the chance thus Enzeru would have to learn on his own by tedious training of which would release the emotions hidden in each eye one by one.
