Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki white eyes to construct chakra around them. Once done it is released in a large burst where several chains of 50 meters each will smash through the ground of the user which will coat their arm before becoming a sword around the size of 20 meters large. The blade is covered in chains of which are wrapped around the hilt or the users wrist. The user has two abilities with this sword. The user can point the sword at the target and the chains will fire at the target of which will bind the user at the strength of S the only way to break out of the bind is have equal to or stronger than the users current strength. The user can also strike down with the sword, because of it's size it is heavy so the speed of the slice is A rank while the strength of the slice is SS rank. The way to avoid injury is have SS ranked strength. The chakra capacity needed to activate the construction process is SS the amount of chakra to keep the constructive active is A rank every post. The chakra capacity to use the binds is S ranked the chakra capacity to keep hold is A every post. The binds have a cool down of 2 posts every use.

Backstory:This jutsu was created by the creator and founder of the Metsuki clan. The founder was titled the White God's Blade because he used this jutsu in order to strike fear and order in his clan, it is said he used this jutsu to slice mountains in half as practice, he was said to have the highest amount of chakra in the human body that anyone can have. This jutsu is really exhausting and can deplenish health like crazy if not careful, but as such it is the perfect tool for a White Eye metsuki. Those who take on this jutsu are Nick named The White God's Blade much like the creator was.
