Appearance: A slash of water as large as the arc of the slash at the tip-most of the blade the user is wielding with this technique, save for dorsal-ventral width, which is 1 inch.
What it does:The user makes a slash with his bladed weapon, and as he does so, a similar slash of suiton water materializes against the opponent. Sharpness/power of the technique is merely B-rank, but speed of formation is identical to that of the user's slash. By doing so, the user is able to penetrate through defenses without breaking them. All this means is that the water blade is formed to directly attack the user, bypassing, say, a tower shield that they are holding in front of them. However, the user cannot create a slash where he cannot see (i.e. behind him, under an opponent's armor, etc.).

Backstory:During his chunin years, Kozai became extremely annoyed with the enormous frequency of armored opponents he was facing on a regular basis. This annoyance increased to a maximum when he was assigned to hunt a wild beast that would whirl its tail and antannae around itself as a barrier. As such, he developed this to bypass it.
