Appearance: A hole in something.
What it does:Using his doujutsu, Kozan uses his lightning path abilities, opening up a chunk of space-time that destroys matter within it. This chunk takes the form of, well, nothing. The tech obliterates matter in a line of radius of a quarter inch, that extends outwards from the user's eye for as far as the jutsu's range. For each target, the tech evaluates the health. If the target's health is higher than the technique's power, that target specifically is exempted from the "piercing", or rather, the "hole formation". Other targets are evaluated separately. The user is able to shorten and change the jutsu's range and angle once upon casting.
