What it does: Using his doujutsu, Kozan uses his lightning path abilities, opening up a chunk of space-time that destroys matter within it. This chunk takes the form of, well, nothing. The tech obliterates matter in a line of radius of a quarter inch, that extends outwards from the user's eye for as far as the jutsu's range. For each target, the tech evaluates the health. If the target's health is higher than the technique's power, that target specifically is exempted from the "piercing", or rather, the "hole formation".  Other targets are evaluated separate. For example, if Mr. Dingle has a 200 health susano'o, but only 25 health himself, a hole would appear in him, but not his susano'o would not be affected directly. The user is able to shorten and change the jutsu's range and angle upon casting. Valid targets must be seen or detected by chakra sensory. Targets are evaluated from the user outwards. The user may select up to 4 targets maximum.
