What it does:
This skill is one of the few that is blessed upon being a Dragon slayer,this skill deals with the pure manipulation of already existing Ice or the creation of it. The many factors that make this skill deadly to all those who have it is the passive ability. The passive ability allows the user to freeze over any water source with a simple touch,this includes water jutsu to a extent to use  it on a water jutsu that don’t belong to them the jutsu can’t be over B rank. The skill of course can also be used to freeze already existing  waters like oceans,lakes etc. This passive ability is always active and at the user disposal this is only because the user of the skill body is that of ice temperture something a normal human can’t work under in those conditions.

Now the main part of the skill is the ability of manipulation of Pure Ice or Chakra based Ice that they created within a thirty meter radius. This means this manipulation can’t form from thin air like most manipulations but need to have a medium above all. The strength and speed,Health of the ice is equal to the Chakra Capacity stat of the user capped at S,this ability is only possible when there is Ice already in the area for the user to manipulate. Weapons can also be shifted from the ice but if it is pulled from the Medicum the health and strength/Sharpness of it is reduced to A rank. for example if you create a sword but pull it from the source so it won't have the full power due to being its separate source. The main reason the power and speed come from chakra because it is chakra control to the finest extent that makes it possible.If used on a already existing Water or Ice jutsu the Health and power will be the stats of the jutsu used before it comes under her control. But it will still have the speed increase capped at S Rank under her control.

Due to this being a master version of Ice control like the Dragon that Esdeath learned it from all Ice techs up to A do not need handseals to use. This means that the techs just need a medium to accomplish what they need. This can’t be used for S or SS rank jutsu those must keep their handseals but A rank and below Ice techs wont need them. This ability is only possible due to Esdeath being a Queen Of Ice.

Just to clarify, this doesn't let you create ice out of thin air but instead lets you freeze pre-existing wat jutsu yes?


Also, please make it so that if this is used on water or ice type jutsu the power and health would be equal to its power and health before it came under your control. The speed however can still be at the normal manipulation speed capped at S.

Also note that if this is used to make anything needing a sharpness it would equal the power, health etc you provided being S rank unless removed from the medium in which case it would have A rank sharpness.
