What it does:
The user of this technique can create a tornado that can either stun, attack, temporarily blind enemies or, you can use the technique to teleport yourself or comrades to a safe destination. Users with Health equal to or higher than S can avoid the stun, Attack, or temporary Blindness. Those who don't wish to be teleported must have a strength equal to or higher than S rank

I'm assuming the stun and blindness duration is one post.

The teleportation thing, if you want this to teleport make it Ninjutsu/ Space-Time instead of just ninjutsu. It also needs a range for teleportation and a resist stat for unwilling targets. Not to mention this is only a B rank tech so I'd say either raise it to S rank or get rid of the teleportation.

It says B rank on the canon so I just copy and pasted that part there is a range for the teleportation on there and there is a resist for unwilling targets

Sometimes we have to make the rank of the jutsu fit our site. Up it to S or lose the teleportation please. Also the resist states it's inly for the attack, stun or blindness but it doesn't saycfor teleportation. And lastly define which range is for teleportation please. I'm assuming it's the 45 meter one yes?
