What it does:
The user creates a cloud of acidic mist in a 20M Radius of themselves. Everyone other than the user who is caught within the mist loses a rank of health each turn they spend in the mist.

Weapons caught within the mist loose a ranking in sharpness instead.

All lost health is restored at the end of the thread.

Backstory: The user creates a cloud of mist which they release from their mouth. This mist has extremely corrosive properties, capable of melting even the bones of the Susanoo. The technique has an inherent disadvantage in that its effects are indiscriminate, limiting its usage to areas that do not contain allies. In the event that the mist escapes the containment area, the user can adjust the pH of the mist to safer levels. Though the mist is corrosive to all around it, the user seems to be immune to it, as Mei used it in an enclosed area without endangering herself.

Hrm well the problem with that is that it won't affect anyone weaker, but will affect those higher harsher. It's kind of the exact opposite way a lower ranking technique is.

I'd suggest more that this only lasts for a total of two or three turns simply due to it's low rank.
