Taika and his 3 blind Mice(Private)(NK)

With a final flick of her fingers Palace adjusted her bangs and set forth out her front door. First day with the new squad, and she had to make a good impression. Had to look sharp. Had to be nimble. Had to be at the top of her game. With her long wavy brown hair in place she traveled dutifully to her desired destination. She was that darn type of scary beautiful. You know all good looks and scowls. Her raven black eyes scanned the roads she traveled down. She looked as if she was judging every inch of dirt she came across.

She hummed a gentle tune quietly to herself as she made her way.These guys better be good. She got all gussied up for them. She stuck her hands into the velvet lined pockets of her robe, and finished up her journey.

The Training grounds were crowded as they always were, but still she could tell who the person was who was waiting for her. He must be the leader, judging from his chakra pressure. Either that or she had a long way to go before she caught up with her other team mates. Aaaah shoot! Hold up! That was no ordinary dude! That was Taika! The Uchiha clan head!

A devilish grin passed over Palace's face. Finally her talents had been recognized. Clearly if she was being paired up with such a reputable ninja she was considered one of the elite of this village. Yeah, that sounded about right.

Hmm Taika didn't seem to recognize her. Of if he did he was keeping it on the down low. Probably for the best. Didn't want the other teammates to think that he favored her. Which I mean he obviously did. Pallas was a gifted member of the Uchiha clan, she'd be the favorite pupil even if the sensei wasn't an uchiha. So she'd play his game for now. Didn't want to paint a target on her back.

"Right, right." She nodded when he announced her name. "Palace Uchiha." She confirmed.

She listened to him announce the training plan. Sounded good to her. She actually hadn't been on a mission in a while so it'd be good to get back into the swing of things.

When Taika poked her shoulder she made a motion to get him off of her. "Sure just place seals on my holy body!" She took a step back. "ass."

"Pardon me, but what is this message?" Kakashi asked. This all began shortly after he awoke from a beautiful dream in his own little room provided temporarily from the village. It seemed Konoha expected great things from the man, and so his residence was only available for a short period of time. However, this message surely was a surprise. Did the village require more from him than they once spoke of when he first-entered their territory? Kakashi hesitantly accepted a note the messenger had given him before he walked back inside the dorm, and read over the note. Kakashi was not one to speak often, though he had to if he wanted confirmation from this strange encounter. As he read over the note, Kakashi noticed that it was not as much a message as it was a request. There was an invite to a meeting elsewhere: The Training Grounds. Kakashi laughed silently for a moment before he left his dorm, and locked it behind him.

He travelled peacefully throughout the village until he found the location the sender of this message desired him to be. The training grounds seemed well-established for a first impression once Kakashi made his way towards it. Many were already here, though Kakashi noticed two individuals divided away from the groups, and in their own little area. Kakashi smirked as always, and proceeded to meet the two while he walked the perimeter of the grounds. He came across a large stone with numerous holes the moment he met these two ninjas. Perhaps they were already in the middle of their training. Kakashi approached the male between the two, and revealed the letter. "Is this yours?" Kakashi asked.

The teammate looked good enough. Though you couldn't really tell just from looking at a person. She'd be watching him closely during his fight. As for her own fight... well it looked like it'd already started.

An Uchiha who used shadow clones. That could be annoying. Or useful depending on which side of the field you stood on. This guy would be a worthy Master of Palace. However for the moment it looked like there was a fight to take care of and a sensei to impressed. "Leave." She announced to Kakashi, before she started the show. She weaved her hands together, and breathed out a highly acidic mist. The plants and rocks around her began to melt into an organic mush. Pretty much everything within 20M's would start to die. If They didn't manage to get out in time, that was their fault. She gave them at least a five second head start.

With that jutsu out of the way she took a fighting stance and got ready for whatever.

Kakashi would accept the handshake that was offered, but only briefly. So this man was an Uchiha? Did this clan and Kakashi's own have something in common? If Kakashi could recall, members of the Uchiha family also held their own sort of doujutsu, though he could be wrong. Albeit, once he figured Taika was the Sensei of this group, the man released Taika's hand, and did as he was told. He proceeded to engage in one-on-one combat with a shadow clone. However, when warned to leave, Kakashi sighed, and swiftly ran 30 meters away from the woman who had drawn his attention. At this point, just nearby, it seemed something acidic had hit the battlefield, and had decayed some of the nature in its path. Kakashi would not come to any conclusions of what the woman used since this was only his first meeting with her. Even Taika was questionable, and he was the Sensei; someone who would have to demonstrate a lot of power for the group to behold.

"Ōtsutsuki." Kakashi replied in a delayed fashion moments after Taika had requested his surname. This was an ancient name, and a proud one to hold, in Kakashi's opinion. It held immeasurable qualities, and was a fearsome name to hear. Much power came from anyone who held this name, as well, though Kakashi only held a limited amount of knowledge. One of his goals would be to gather all of the power the Ōtsutsuki could harness, and use it responsibly for the greater good. He did hope, however, that this name would not pull any triggers in Taika's mind. The last thing Kakashi wanted was an exclusion from the group just because of where he came from. On a side note, there was still this shadow clone to take care of, though Kakashi would let it have the first strike.

Well it's good to see that her team mate wasn't completely incompetent he'd managed to get out of her mist. She didn't recognize his clan name but she supposed it didn't really matter. He'd reveal his powers in due time, besides no matter what clan he came from it's not like he could match a member of the Uchiha clan now was it? She'd activate her single Tomoe Sharingan when her master got ready for battle. It was a little better for battle, and it'd be easier to see what her team mate was up to that way.

Her red eyes tracked hand hand seals. She prepared her own as he did his own long stream of them. His hands moved too quickly for her to actually tell what jutsu, but she did see a horse sign, a fire technique. Well that was no good, her wind nature wouldn't do her any good against that. With the tiger seal formed she had no dobut that it would be a fire ball attack. Mostly because a fireball fired off after it!

She activated her substitution jutsu, and dissapeared in a poof of smoke, a lowly log in her place. She appeared 25M away hidden in the nearby tree line. From this view point she'd notice that her Sensei had tried to charge at her from behind.


Hmm he actually charged into the mist. Their Sensei must be terribly resourceful if he'd done something like that. She'd be interested in seeing how he'd handle the fire ball that was now going in his direction.

As palace worked through what her next move she couldn't help but feel a tad ill prepared. She'd left her kunai as well as her dragon back at home. This was the first day, where was the 'Tell me about yourself' papers? She still had a few genjutsu up her sleeve, but against an Uchiha with the Mangekyō that wouldn't do much good. She wouldn't be able to use skillful mist for a while either. She was going to have to get clever if she was gonna do this.

She sat in her tree, and plotted.

Kakashi would focus his thoughts on the movement of the clone the moment it unsheathed a sword. It was quite the mighty blade; one that the Otsutsuki could not exactly describe. However, in the moment of the unsheathing, Kakashi loosened his feet's weight upon the ground; his new focus set on his reactive speed. As the Shadow Clone seemed to move towards him, Kakashi would dash to the right, and exponentially increase his locomotive speed as he would run at full force to the right to evade the incoming slash. His objective would be to waste this clone's energy to give himself an opportunity to strike strategically. Kakashi indeed held jutsu up his sleeve, though he would not use any of it in this battle. He wanted a true test, and have a true challenge against his sensei's clone.

Kakashi would use a blend of his locomotive and reactive speed to support himself in this fight. It was going to take a lot of strength, but it would be worth it. Kakashi was going to show his sensei that even in desperate times, he could still achieve victory. If a shinobi could do this, then hope could truly exist within this group. All Kakashi needed to do was test the full extent of this clone and analyze its every move so the Otsutsuki could gather a general consensus of what the guy could do. Kakashi was an observer, after all, and made plans based on sight more than anything. Even if he had to endure the pain of a sword a few times, all would be fine in due time as long as Kakashi survived this brawl alive and healthy. Of course, Kakashi also had to plan a counterattack in case the clone decided to follow his unsuccessful slash with a possibly successful sword technique. Unfortunately, Kakashi only knew a bit of what the clone's melee style focused on; nothing about jutsu or any other techniques.

A bead of sweat rolled down the side of Palace's face when she heard Taika's voice. 'How'd he find me?' She swiveled around to try to land a quick blow, but he'd managed to deliver a swift kick into her and send her flying out of the three like. She grunted as a bit of spit was forced from her mouth.

As she spun through the air she caught sight of her Sensei forming another fire attack. In the air with no jutsu? Things weren't looking good for palace. Thought defeat was inevitable she wasn't willing to admit it just yet.

As the arrow of flame was coming at her Palace ripped of her robe, used the momentum from that action to fully face the arrow, and throw her clothing at the arrow and detonate it early. Don't worry she was wearing normal ninja apparel underneath that. Wink.

In the smoke of the explosion she activated the Transformation Jutsu, turning herself into a bright rubber ball. She hit the ground and bounced of in the opposite direction softening the blow of her fall. If she'd only been a little faster that would have been her chance. From all of that mist the clone was practically made of tissue paper. One solid blow was all she needed.

hmm...

"Kakashi!" She announced in her Ball form. "Kick me!"

Kakashi was surprised to see the clone react so quickly. He was even more shocked to see that it could use the same techniques as its master, though neither impressions were good enough to overwhelm the Otsutsuki. To counter the Great Fireball, Kakashi would utilize the Substitution Technique instantly, and use the opportunity to reappear to the clone's left, immediately in the midst of kicking the clone in the stomach with full force. The strength behind this kick had enough force to bend a man forward if successful, and most likely knock some wind out of him.

(Should the attack succeed)

Kakashi would utilize the Clone Technique to summon a duplicate of himself to the battlefield, in which case he would use it to follow Palace's command. Just as Kakashi had done recently, a full-force kick would strike the ball-formed Palace from behind, and instinctively aim her towards Palace's designated enemy. This seemed more like a tag-team fight, at this point. Hopefully Kakashi had made a good enough impression dealing with one clone to give some hope of annihilating two with Palace's assistance. They were a team, after all. If only kicking a woman wasn't an issue, Kakashi could most likely have performed a beautiful finish upon his own enemy, which is why he held so much hope over this technique being a compromise- kicking the ball-formed Palace, that is. It seemed strange how Palace left Kakashi to do some work for her, on the other hand. Could she not have changed herself to something different so she could be both mobile and defensive? So much to think of in an instant, though Kakashi could not think too much. Time was of the essence.

Kenjiro had never felt this excited, a fight against someone far stronger then himself. It was something rare for him due to being raised in Kumo which had a hell of a shortage of Shinobi at the moment. He wished for this to go well, he wanted to be cut, to bleed, to cause damage, to eat a powdered doughnut but that was to come later. As he began moving faster through the forest, weather he knew it or not he was slowly becoming enveloped by his v1 cloak and began moving faster.

The young man approached the battlefield his cloak was at this point fully formed and in one tail, his grip wrapped around the hilt of his blade, Yoru. With a look of blood lust Kenjiro launched himself at the clone his current team mate was heading towards and disregarding everyone's safety swung his seven foot blade towards the clones waist, however due to the speed at which Kenjiro was traveling added with the weight of the sword and the force he swung it, Kenjiro managed to dislocate his shoulder. Moving the blade down towards the clone's knee caps. This, due to being a Kaguya, was a minor issue but still admittedly would put Kenji down for a second ending his farce the moment it began.

Palace let out a soft sigh as Taika declared the examination over. She let her sharingan fade to it's normal color. She was just about out of clever tricks. She promised herself that she'd be more prepared next time. At the very least she'd bring her dragon along for some fun. Hypalta loved a good scrap, mainly she loved seeing people, and things melt. She was a cute little bugger but that side of her personality was a little creepy. Incredibly so actually.

She brushed herself off, a little embarrassed that she'd been forced to ditch her robes to avoid that attack. From what she'd observed he'd gone after her a bit more ferociously than the others, maybe because he knew she could handle it. She was an Uchiha after all. It was only natural that he held her to a higher standard than the others.

The new comer seemed, interesting. Hailing from an uncoothed poor clan judging from his performance in battle. Not that she had anything against the other clans. He'd clearly proven useful in battle, and if he could avoid getting them all killed she'd be happy to call him a comrade.

Still she'd keep an eye on him. He had a strange chakra about him.

She heard Taika call him a Jin. So that was it huh? He was kind of like Palace, only her beast was on the outside, and she was infinetly more impressive. Still she had to admire Taika's good fortune, having such gifted students under his wing.

She listened to Taika's instructions and when he finished she went first. After all after Taika she was the second most important so it made sense to go in order of import.

"I'm Palace Uchiha!" She declared Proudly. "My hope is to one day..." She paused and lifted her hand to her belly, and for a second her face grew clouded. "...To Make my Clan Proud. To Defend this village with everything I have, and to be reunited with my love one day. I like Chicken Cordon Blu, I dislike just about everything outside of this village, and most things inside of it. I like... I dunno. Books? I'm a long range fighter. I catch people in Genjutsu then melt them alive."

Dang she was boring.

Kakashi sighed after his seemingly successful maneuvers concluded the evaluation Taika held for him and his partner. What he did not expect was to meet the third so suddenly. It was sickening, to say the least. This man could not have been any more impeccable with his timing than he currently was. On the bright side, after figuring out by the looks of others that the man was a Jinchuriki, Kakashi actually had something to be interested in regarding this man. Palace had also upset him still; the woman who left him to finish her own brawl regardless of having his own in the past. Kakashi had to admit Taika was no joke, though neither was he. It only took Kakashi one jutsu to complete his fight, and brutally injure that clone. Albeit, Kakashi was secretly disappointed with his own skills. He did not feel that much power within, for some reason. Perhaps he needed to step his game up a notch.

"Kakashi Otsutsuki." Kakashi introduced at a later time, when Taika had asked his teammates to greet themselves properly amongst one another. "My hope is to become the leader of my clan. My goal for now is to become the most skilful shinobi I can, and to claim the mightiest techniques my clan can offer. I do not have a favourite food, though I like food a lot. I dislike depressing moments, in whatever shape, size or form. So far, I can only specialize with the lightning element, though I have plans to assist my current capabilities and strengths. What I want is irrelevant to shinobi skills; to live a luxurious life. That is all." There really was not much else to say; not for someone like Kakashi. He hated talking a lot, though he did not want to tell the team that. Communication was key in a team, and so Kakashi felt as though he would need to get out of his comfort zone frequently if he wanted to be successful with this team. He distanced himself from the team for a moment simply to look around. He wanted to memorize these grounds so he would know how to fight upon them if the team were to return to this very land. Briefly, however, he would turn back. He wanted to hear what the Jinchuruki could offer.

Kenjiro's attack had failed and he was now being held by his current sensei. Told to deactivate his cloak, to which he complied albeit slowly. Kenjiro was then brought into a tree with his sensei while he spoke before being set against it, the team were to explain themselves. What had peaked Kenjiro's own interest was the fact there were two Uchiha and an Ootsutsuki. The Hokage had a rather odd choice for lineup but one Kenji would respect at the current time.

Whilst the other three spoke of themselves, Kenji began getting to work on his shoulder. Forcing the bones to move back into socket with a sickening pop, then Kenjiro spoke his peace. "I'm Kenjiro Nakamura-Kaguya." thinking for a moment, he continued "My likes are my religion and...food...My dislikes are people who discriminate against others for no reason...My dream? I guess to maybe eat someone?," after this Kenjiro let out a laugh "Ahh but no really my dream is to grow strong enough and take my religion to the top of the world."

This is when Kenjiro had noticed the time "Well well, seems I'm late, very late, for a rather important date. I truly must be going, I thank you all for your time." with a whistle his Chocobo had arrived, he hopped on and made his way out.

Well dang! Everyone in here just had monsters inside of them didn't they. she looked over at Kakashi and wondered what sort of freak show he had going on inside him. She looked on as her master turned into a giant octopus... bull.... thing. She kept her arms crossed and maintained a bored expression. It was awfully impressive she had to admit. A single hit from that thing could destroy her without even trying. But her mist melted all things both great and small.

She didn't mind Jinjuriki much. They were interesting to her. Like the other side of a coin that she lived on. They were similar to the Dragon Slayers, but obviously not as grand. She did however find it interesting that people hated them. She'd only ever found her status as a Dragon slayer to be an elevating position to be in. She had so much respect from it, and she'd never even killed a dragon before.

She guessed some people slayed monsters, and some people made friends with them.

Seeing the diffrence in control her master had over his beat compared to Kenny was satisfying to see. Of course a Uchiha would have mastered their beast no trouble at all. While kenny ran around with his like a wild beast. It was no wonder Taika was the head of the Uchiha clan.

Kotoamatsukami? Good grief who the F was this guy? Jin and that genjutsu? He was ridiculous. Of course he was an Uchiha so she had to keep that in mind. No limits could ever be placed on them.
