Taika gets some news, and a gift!

Kirito had yet to break the news to Taika about choosing Zento as his successor instead. That was why today he was meeting with Taika. Today he would discuss this with the young Uchiha and even grant Taika a gift. It was a very unusual and unique gift, but a gift nonetheless. Kirito was waiting for Taika at a small cafe on the outskirts of the village. Kirito had brought with him a small cooler with a handle on it. Inside the cooler was Taika's gift. Earlier that day, Kirito had removed one of his kidney, immediately regrowing it via sage mode, and placed it in the cooler for his student. Taika would probably be confused and wonder why Kirito was giving him a kidney but Kirito was sure the young Uchiha would be grateful for it when he learned it's meaning.

Kirito smiled as he waited for Taika to arrive. Kirito would sip some hot tea that he had ordered. He was sitting outside on the patio of the cafe enjoying the warm air and midday sun.

"Hokage-Sama, you requested me?"

Taika had arrived as Kirito had finished taking a sip of his tea. Taika would be kneeling as he usually did when arriving in front of Kirito. It was a silly sign of respect in Kirito's opinion since they were friends but he would not say anything about it. Kirito would smile at the young Uchiha. "There's no need to kneel Taika. Come, take a seat. It's a beautiful day out." Kirito would say to Taika. Kirito would then pause for Taika to respond and possibly take a seat before continuing. "Now. I have some news for you that might upset you, but I took your wish to look for your mother into consideration when making this decision. I have decided that I'm naming another person as Second Hokage. Zento Anichi of the ANBU Assassin squad. He is quite strong and extremely loyal to the village. He also helps out around the village without being asked or asking anything in return. He is a little introverted but he has a big heart." Kirito would wait after saying this for Taika to absorb the new information. Hopefully he wouldn't take it hard and see it as a way for him to go look for his mother instead of being stuck with duties to the village.

That had gone better than Kirito had expected. In fact, Taika was ready to get up and leave Konoha to search for his mother right away. Kirito smile hearing Taika's words. Kirito was glad that Taika was happy about this instead of upset. Kirito didn't want his friend upset at him for anything. Kirito almost forgot about the cooler he had brought with him. A gift for Taika. It would surely help the young Uchiha on his journey. That was when Kirito had remembered that he had Samehada being held by his Susano'o for Taika. He had almost forgotten that after receiving it from Rikaro he planned on giving it to Taika.

But Taika had asked what was in the cooler so Kirito thought he would have to sat something about that. First, a Susano'o arm would appear holding Samehada and hand it over to Taika before Kirito spoke. "First, this is a legendary sword Samehada. I recently acquired it and was hoping you would be able to master it since i have no need for it. As for what's inside the cooler, it's another gift for you. I'm sure if you figure out how to use it correctly you will be glad to have it. It has to be part of your body for it to work though." That was the only thing Kirito would tell Taika about the cooler. He thought it was more fun if Taika figured it out on his own. Kirito would then lightly toss the cooler over to Taika.

Kirito would watch as Taika opened the cooler. Taika would then ask whose kidney it was and what he was supposed to do with it. Kirito would just smile and wink at Taika in response to his questions. Then, without a single word or any notice at all, Kirito would disappear in a yellow flash, reappearing in another location entirely. His work here had been completed and he was confident Taika would figure out what to do with the kidney. Kirito had other things to attend to at the moment.
