What it does:After compressing wind chakra in their hand, the user then release it and using the clone hand sign creates a clone in which looks exactly like the user. The clone is able to be used for one post after creation, once it has set its position it is swallowed up by the wind chakra inside of its body creating a devastating cutting wind vortex with a diameter of 3 meters. With winds which slowly force the enemy into it.
