What it does: This is a Senjutsu style Body flicker.  The user is able to increase their movement from point to point by an amount of speed +1 to the user's base locomotive speed. the user is however capable of delivering a single attack WHILE moving,however this attack can't be a jutsu, other than kenjutsu or taijutsu.

Another difference is that the user can chain these Sonido together.  as long as no jutsu or chakra manipulation is done between the Sonido (other than paying the chakra cost for Sage mode) the user may use Sonido again without paying anymore chakra.

This Jutsu can only be done in Sage mode. can only be chained 5 times max.

Also the Strength, Reaction speed and thought speed are boosted by 1 rank as well

One kilometer?

One kilometer, that can be chained five times? I mean I know it only raises them by one rank but that is simply too far for this kind of a technique.

Like 500 meters I would accept even, not 1,000 though it is simply too odd.

Or even if it was blanked.
