What it does:
Sage Transformation is an ability wielded by Jūgo's clan, which increases their physical abilities and allows their bodies to perform various shape-shifting feats due to their innate ability to passively absorb natural energy. It is a multifaceted ability that permits them to achieve feats ranging from creating various weapon-like appendages to even consuming other human beings, as well as a general increase in their physical capabilities.

While these clansmen can absorb natural energy passively without being turned into a statue, as those who failed to learn sage jutsu do, their bodies cannot control the immense power surges that accompany the transformation and as such, are prone to random beserker rages.

The durability of the transformed locations are based on a simple equation involving the user's pre-existing health and their chakra.
[Durability = Health + Chakra]
Passive and active jutsu statistic boosts do not effect the equation.
The user may only modify his limbs with up to 3 cubic feet (per limb) of manipulation.
The speed at which the limb transformation occurs is equal to the user's chakra.
The sharpness of weapons created by limb modification are equal to the user's chakra.

Partial Transformation [Starting Level]
- In this form of the Sage Transformation the user has no permanent physical changes.
- The user posseses the ability to use the natural energy he constantly absorbs to transform up to two limbs of their body at a time. The user can choose what form he takes almost instantly.
   


Full Transformation [2,500 Words]
- This is the complete form of the Sage Transformation, in this form the user's body is completely transformed covering their entire body in the dark and extremely durable skin. In this form they still bear the ability to transform limbs although in this form the limitations are increased to a total of four limbs being modified at a time.
- In this form the user can use only Medical, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu.
- The form also greatly increases the user's physically attuned attributes bringing them in tune with their untamed side. The user gains both a Strength and Locomotive Speed bonus of 2 ranks. Also, being more focused on everything around them the user gains the an increase of 3 ranks to their reaction time.
- The duration of Full Transformation is six posts and the cooldown is equal to the amount of posts it was used for.
-Must experience great Emotional Duress IE loss of a best friend ,or close family member

Almost perfect, remove the chakra boost switch it with something else please.

Also add something Character Development related for each WC think Uchiha Clan or Zento's Curse Mark.

So just ninjutsu? How about you add in Space/Time, Fuuin, and the like. Limit it to only medical if you want them to have extreme boosts for free.
