What it does: Through unlocking the potential of the wielder, the wielder gain access to latent powers hidden in their soul. This is done by venturing into one’s soul and conversing with it.
When Coyote releases his Shikai it becomes a ring on his middle finger of his right hand. This grants him an increase in his lightning manipulation abilities. His lightning jutsu gain a 25 point increase in power.
Also Coyote is able to reflect and if he wishes dissipate any Lightning jutsu that are cast by an opponent with a power less than this justu's power. He can also create natural lightning arcing out of any point on his body freely at the speed of this jutsu's power. This has a range of 15 meters around him and has a power of this jutsu’s power. This costs an additional 25 cp per arc.
