Clan History: The Nagakura clan was founded long ago by many drifters from other countries, they soon decided to settle down within the Water Country. As time went on, more clans were established and they formed an alliance with the Mizukage and today are renowned for their Hiden-jutsu. Also over time, they all worked together to attempt to create new Kekkei Genkai that they would make available to anyone in the clan who could learn it. Although the clan member only being allowed to learn one of the two Kekkei Genkai. Later down the line they were also able to manifest a new Doujutsu that was manifested through the Byakugan and Sharingan.

Also, due to all of the things the clan has done they are considered oddballs by other shinobi in the Land of Water. Although they don't mind as they accept their clan history and acknowledge some of the things their clan had done in the past was crazy.

I really don't have a problem approving this but, why make all those Sarutobi clan only summons if you aren't going to be in the Sarutobi clan?
