What it does: After performing the hand seals Monkey-Serpent-Dragon, the user creates a thick mist in a 50 meter radius around them that only they can see through. This technique allows the user not to be seen, by shrouding the area around them in mist. The user themselves, however, can see through the mist to the opponent. This can be used for a quick getaway, or can be used to attack someone without being seen.
