Appearance: A mist is formed within the radius of the jutsu
What it does: After performing the Ram hand seal, the user uses their water element chakra to create a mist in a 30m radius with the user at the center. The mist may be created from a pre-existing water source or expelling the mist from the user's mouth. The user controls how thick or thin the mist is by how much chakra they knead into it. It is used mainly as a support jutsu, impairing anyone's vision caught in the jutsu. Doujutsu such as the Sharingan and Rinnegan, because of how they are made, would not be able to see through the mist due to them not having the ability to see chakra networks.
