What it does: What this does is allow the user to manipulate any and all spiritual particles that he is aware of. He can not make them disappear/erase them as energy must be converted however he may move the particles, or waves or change the fabric of them. This is especially useful when the user is in the Spiritual Realm as everything there is made of Spirit energy or particles or waves. Upon activation the user will use their precise form of Nen control to coat literally every particle of spiritual energy the user knows of, while it is costly it is not as costly as one would imagine due to the low amount of nen used for each. Think of it as as akin to someone dotting a paper rather than throwing ink onto it. Anyone influenced by his nen in this way will either gain or lose stats dependent on the user's will, this includes the user themselves. The stats are 3 ranks in Health, Locomotive Speed, Reaction Speed, and Thought Speed. To resist these stat effects the target's health, not their armor or items, but their health must be higher than the user's mental sharpness. If two user's clash with this technique than the original learner will win regardless of stats. If the original learner(Roland) is not in the clash then, it will be a battle between the user's mental sharpness. In event of a tie, neither will affect the other.
