| Name: Wind Manipulation Appearance:  What it does: Since a wind dragon slayer is so in tune with the wind element to the point of being immune to it and being able to eat it, Venus thought to to take this ability to a whole new level, and learn to freely manipulate wind. The speed and power at which Venus manipulates wind is determined first by if it is a wind jutsu she is manipulating, if so the speed and power will be the speed of the jutsu. If it all natural wind the speed and power of her manipulation will be based on her chakra stat. Venus can manipulate wind with her mind but her range of manipulation has a 25 meter radius. This skill allows her to fly at her speed stat through her manipulation, and funnel wind into her mouth to feed her.
