What it does:This seal takes the gravity of an area (said area must be specified during the placement of the seal), and converts said gravity into chakra. This chakra is then sent into the person marked by this seal. This chakra fuels the person, and does not add to their mass due to its own chakra being sent to fuel more chakra. The user may decide to add more than one person to this seal, giving chakra to several individuals, up to 2 others. However, in doing so, it splits the chakra gained by the amount of people it is given to. 

Measured in multiples of Earth's normal Gravity: 

1g - User regains 1 C rank worth of chakra each post.

2g - User regains 1 B rank worth of chakra each post.

3g - User regains 3 C ranks worth of chakra each post.

4g - User regains 1 A rank worth of chakra each post.

5g - User regains 5 C ranks worth of chakra each post.

6g - User regains 3 B ranks worth of chakra each post.

7g - User regains 7 C ranks worth of chakra each post.

8g - User regains 2 A ranks worth of chakra each post.

9g - User regains 5 B ranks worth of chakra each post.

10g+ - User regains enough chakra to do 3 A ranks each post. 

Regardless of the amount of gravity, this caps at 1 SS rank above cap.

Backstory: Seeing a way to access what he believed was the most powerful of the four forces of the universe, Kuro developed a seal to transform gravity into chakra, expecting the increase to be incredible. He was sorely disappointed.

Ok. Psy this definitely needs a cap to the amount of chakra you gain by this. Since it is an S rank, cap it at 100 chakra. It also needs a power and it needs to be stated that the seal can be removed by sealing techniques with a power higher than this jutsu's power. Until those details are added this is going to have to be unapproved. Unlimited chakra is too much. If you up this to an SS rank you can cap the chakra gain at 200 and make the power 200. You would keep the tech as you already know it, but the CP cost and what not will have to go up as well if you choose to go that route.

Give this an actual duration, an actual range thought you said I dint have to look at these Larry...

The duration would be 'constant' as its a conversion seal, not an active seal, kinda of like how jinch seals are constantly keeping the bijuu sealed, as well as pouring slight amounts of their chakra into the jinch, while active seals would be explosion tags. The range is changed though, as well as adding in that only one GCS may be active at a time.
