What it does: When the user casts this jutsu it forces a specific jutsu into a dream and then crushed that dream returning the resources to cast it and this jutsu to their respective players.
This jutsu cancels one other jutsu that the user is aware of. Then the user gains an amount of CP used to cast this jutsu and the controller of the canceled jutsu gains back all CP spent on that jutsu. both jutsu remain on cooldown.
