What it does: Being so gifted in telepathy, space-time and various other types of skills or techniques, Jace has developed a certain clairvoyance if you will. This "clairvoyance" allows him to see what will happen mere seconds into the future at all times giving him a static +1 rank to his reaction time.

Backstory: Jace is a gifted mind mage from another Plane or "dimension". He arrived in this world after a failed attempt at planeswalking back to Ravnica. Upon entering this dimension he did not know of hand seals, jutsu or chakra and was surprised to see that most of his magic did not work here. He was more pleasantly surprised that some of his skills did, including his natural clairvoyance, albeit on a very dwarfed scale.
