What it does: After gaining access to a target's mind via Thought Delve, Jace is able to transition from simply gaining information from the targets mind to subtly altering any memory he wishes. This can be anything from their favorite color to erasing all memories of a single person's existence per use. Because this technique allows such a wide variety of alterations, Jace must clearly state what has been altered in the post this technique is being used. This technique can only be used on one target at a time and must be used during Thought Delve. This technique can NOT be used to alter someones memory of jutsu, skill or other techniques. This technique can be resisted it the target's Willpower stat is greater than this jutsu's power.
Usage Note: This technique can NOT be used to alter a person's personality, likes, dislikes or any other relative personal information such as their name, rank, family members etc.

Backstory: Jace is a gifted mind mage from another Plane or "dimension". He arrived in this world after a failed attempt at planeswalking back to Ravnica. Upon entering this dimension he did not know of hand seals, jutsu or chakra and was surprised to see that most of his magic did not work here. He was more pleasantly surprised that some of his skills did, including his natural gift for telepathy and memory alteration.
