What it does: Utilizing his telepathy ability, Jace can completely delve inside a target's mind without them even knowing he is in there. This allows him access to every thought the target has ever possessed. This technique is only meant for information gathering and not thought manipulation but grants access to other memory altering, thought manipulating or mind wiping techniques. The target must be within 5 meters for this jutsu to be activated. In order to activate this jutsu Jace must simply hear the targets surface thoughts with his telepathy ability giving him something to lock onto. This ability can only be used on one target at a time. Anyone with a Willpower stat higher than the power of this jutsu may resist.
