Special Abilities:
Mega Evolution: Calling on the power of hopes and dreams (along with lots of meteorites) Rayquaza transcends into a new form, causing its appearance to change and stats boost. All base stats gain 150, with an initial CP cost of 100 and an upkeep of 45. The extra chakra points add to the CP total, this effect can only be used once per topic. Can be used twice per topic, with a 10 post cooldown inbetween
Delta Stream: Causing incredibly powerful winds to roar around Rayquaza causes it's resistance to lightning to heighten even further, causing all lightning style attacks within 5m of it's body to lose 100 power. This costs 50cp with a 30cp upkeep. Cooldown of X post's used +2
Dragon Ascent: Cloaking itself in purple flame, Rayquaza crashes into the opponent with a burst of speed to transfer the deadly fire. These flames have a power of 100 and upon touching anything they will rapidly spread and consume the target, draining their life force little by little from their bodies. Those with 80 health and lower have one post post to extinguish the flame, those with 81-100 have two posts and after that the flames will simply not harm the target. The flames can only be quenched by a water style technique with equal power to the flames.
Dragon Pulse: A purple orb of energy condenses within Rayquaza's mouth, which is then fired as a ray at the enemy. The ray has a range of 100m with a 50m radius, blasting anything in it's path with a 100 speed and power blast. Costs 70cp, cooldown of 4 posts
Delta Bonding: Through the bonding of the contract Rayquaza has the ability to use 5 wind jutsu that Hikari knows
Passive Abilities:
Stormy weather: Rayquaza has the ability to kick up winds at will, causing thunderclouds to form
Electrical Resistance: Due to it's body being made to withstand electrical attacks, all lightning based attacks that land on Rayquaza are reduced by 20 power.
