Appearance: Jace manipulates objects with his mind giving no physical signs he is doing anything.
What it does: Through continued training of his psychokinesis skill, Jace has learned to extend his manipulation powers beyond what he could normally do. This technique allows Jace to manipulate any solid object that comes within the area of effect from kunai to meteors. This does not include people, summons, familiars or any other living creature. Manipulation speed is his chakra stat and Jace can manipulate anything within a 25 meter radius of himself.

Chakra Cost: 1 A rank for initial cast, 1 D rank per post used
Bonus Requirements: Must be Jace Beleren or taught by him. Must know Psychokinesis skill.

| This one needs a lot of work dude, You have Hydrokinesis, this one kinda over laps, so something needs to be done about that, Psychokinesis I don't think is as much of effects elements as it does solid objects, and as for people, again I say Not Chakra stat, cap or Number please | |
