Appearance: Jace manipulates water and any of its forms with his mind giving no physical signs he is doing anything.
 

What it does: Through Jace's continued training of his Hydrokinesis skill, he has gained the ability to increase his water manipulation. Jace can now manipulate water and any of its forms of any size within 25 meters of himself at the current speed of his Hydrokinesis skill. This includes being able to manipulate any water-based jutsu including steam, ice and mist that comes within the area of effect whos power is less than Jace's chakra stat capped.

This technique also allows Jace to change the properties of the water he is manipulating on a molecular level. This means that Jace can change any form of water to another form of water at A rank speed. Ie changing water to ice and vice versa. If Jace were to change the water into anything that has sharp edges, points etc. or basically anything that needs a sharpness, the sharpness would be the power of this jutsu. Molecular changing costs 1 C rank per change.
