What it does:  Arcanis Has unlocked his Inner Avatar.  Avatar Is a manifestation of a deity or released soul in bodily form on earth; an incarnate divine teacher.  Upon gaining this state the user gains full manipulation of the natural Elements he wields, does not effect other peoples jutsu.  The stats of all manipulation is this jutsu's power caped at 200.  This only gives him the ability to manipulate the elements he has control over at the time.  and only the five elements that this jutsu is comprised of.  The manipulation can only occur within 30 meters of the user.

This also increases the users stats by 200 in each basic stat.  This replaces the stat boost that Sage mode or bijuu sage mode grants not stacking with it. also the stats don't stack with Tenseigan cloak

Mk Ill request to add in, can not use Tenseigan Chakra Cloak mode

That needs to be added to tenseigan cloak not this jutsu. If tenseigan can be used with sage mode or bijuu cloaks then this shouldn't be any different

if it's better I'll add in that the stat gain doesn't stack with other cloaks
