What it does: After performing the handseals user swings their arm manipulating water from a nearby water source to shoot at the direction of the swing and form into needles that while not very deadly can easily cripple an opponent and cause great pain. The water source must be within 5 meters from the user. If water used is poisoned or something similar then the effect is also applied to the technique. Sharpness of the needles is expressed by the technique's power. The strength of this technique is the small amount of water and chakra it requires as well as the good compatibility with other techniques, if one has a creative mind.
The user may make up to 20 needles with a single use of this technique.
