Task: Something strange has started to inflict the men working at the docks. People are painting their boats over, and over. People are trying to drown the fish they catch. Some people are even going around untying all the knots that they can find.

Needless to say this is hurting the productivity of the Port. Anbu has determined that a weak genjutsu is behind the strange behavior.

Go down to the Port, investigate, find the source of the disturbance, and eliminate it.
