Thunder: Pikachu is able to call down lightning bolts from seemingly cloudless skies, striking down a single target in a 40m radius with a 40 power and speed bolt of energy. Costs 25cp, 1 post cooldown

Volt Tackle: By charging itself in electricity to boost it's muscles Pikachu gains a +40 to all stats. This ability can be used for 4 posts before going on a 5 post cooldown. 25cp initial, 10upkeep
Passive Abilities:

Electric Type: Due to their natural affinity to electricity, lightning style attacks do -20 power to an electric type

Bonus Requirements: Have a contract with the Pokemon summons, who live on the moon
