What it does: Order is what it says, a fuinjutsu made specifically to be placed upon Sebastian and Hikari only, no acceptions whatsoever. By placing the mark, Hikari is able to summon her familiar the same way she would a summon. She can also order him to do things he doesn't want to with it, combating his violent personality
