Arcanis does an Experiment.

Arcanis Decided that while he waited on the Mizukage's decision he would take the time to experiment on some of the collected materials. The first thing he would do is turn one of the pints of blood that he had of the Random ninja who's name happened to be Obito at the time, into a pint of Kikato's blood. he would then transfuse the copied ootsutsuki blood removing a pint of his own blood to tranfuse. He would then use the Mystical palm jutsu to recover from the transfusion.

The member 'Arcanis Lord of Time' has done the following action : Dices roll

It seemed that the bloodline didn't take hold. he would just have to transfuse more blood next week. Until then he had another medical procedure he needed to do. Making 3 clones he began the procedure. With what was left of the random ninja that he had preserved he had his clones use their extensive knowledge of Medical ninjutsu to fuse another set of eye sockets to the back of Arcanis's head. This came with it's own eyelids and optic nerves. He would implant his own 3 tomoe sharingan into the sockets and the 3 clones would all begin to use their Mystical palm to heal the wounds left from the surgery. One throughout the surgery had ben fine tune healing his wounds made by the scalpel he wouldn't scar in the slightest and at the end of the procedure he would have 2 working eyes in the back of his head.
