What it does: The user is able to break down anything with a health of this jutsu's power or lower by touching it and sending chakra into the fuin seal on the arm. it must be tattooed on the right arm. However this can only be done if the user knows the chemical make up of the item they are trying to use this on. If the make up is different this jutsu merely fails. When touched this can only effect a 1 meter radius of the object. The jutsu breaks the object into its components. water can be turned to steam, rocks can be turned to sand, metal can be reduced to fragments, walls turned to dust and so forth.
This jutsu can also be used to learn the chemical make up of an object. However if it is used for that purpose it goes on cooldown and the other ability can not be used until it comes off cool down. this ability only costs 30 cp.
