What it does:

A-rank Version- Feathers fall down and anyone with less chakra than A rank instantly falls asleep unless a Genjutsu release is used upon seeing the feathers(A rank speed). Falling into a restful sleep, the target would have to find out they are dreaming which would be rather difficult. One may use Kai: Gen release from the outside to help wake up

S-rank Version- the Feathers fall down and anyone with less than A rank chakra capacity will fall asleep (S rank speed) much like its weaker version, except this one puts them in a Blissful Sleep, making the dream much less likely to be left or want to be left. Outside help may be given as normal
