Appearance: The User sticks their arm into the ground until they are elbow deep in earth. After that they clench their fist and sprint at their target ripping their arm from the ground. Due to their mastery over the earth and the force of their punch they actually a length of stone out of the earth. It almost looks like they're ripping a root out of the earth because the more they travel the more earth is pulled up.
The Earth excavated takes the form of a Chinese dragon with it's mouth clasped around the User's fist. The Dragon is two feet thick and it's length is equal to the distance that the user traveled before performing the punch.
What it does:
Upon performing the punch the Dragon will roar and fly from the user's fist (Up to 30M, at a speed of 80.) This attack can be performed in melee for a second devastating punch up close, or at range.
Up hitting a surface the dragon will deal it's damage before crumbling, but not all at once. It kind of looks like a train when it goes off its Tracks. It will keep going forward hitting the surface until it's entire length is broken up.
As the user stick his hand into the earth to perform the attack they also infuse themselves with Earth Chakra giving them a boost of 40 Health. To protect them as they charge in, on this fairly obvious attack.
The Health of the Dragon is Equal to it's power.
This Attack Can be performed Twice at the same time for a Cp of 60 but goes on cool down for the rest of the thread.

Backstory: The Earth Dragon Slayers are usually the more direct of the bunch. This attack was created so the user could charge straight ahead at the enemy headless of what attacks they would come across. They'd charge right through the attack and blast any enemy foolish enough to think they could over come them
