Appearance: The User goes poke to the doll, and in the distance you hear the victim shout 'ouch!'
What it does: Using a voodoo doll as a medium a person with this spell is able to transfer any sensation inflicted upon the doll onto the Victim. From pinches to pokes, to being set on fire. No actual harm befalls the victim but it sure feels like it does.
In order to cast this spell on a person the caster must get attuned to the person's spirit. This means that the doll must be infused with a vague trace of the victims chakra. This can be done by giving the doll a sample of the victims hair. Or a personal possession. It can also be done by exposing the doll to a jutsu used by the user. Since the dolls on their own are very delicate it has to be done indirectly. Placing the doll on the scorch mark left by a fire or lightning jutsu, a puddle left by water, or even a stick that was blown away by a wind jutsu.
The pain caused is not enough to break out of the Jutsu.

Backstory: By connecting a Voodoo doll with a person's chakra. You are, at least symbolically, connecting their spirit to the physical form of the doll, making a proxy of the victim. As the two now in a sense share a soul the two bodies of the spirits can share physical sensations with one another. Usually not to the benefit of the victim.
