Backstory: The Youkibou was said to be created by legendary shinobi Hanzo Hattori. A weapon of perfection that would cut down its foes. Unfortunately, the Hanzo Hattori would be cursed by a demon spirit during the forging of the weapon. The demon would grant the weapon mythical power, but in turn the weaponsmith would lose his life. The weapon would be powerful and would be known by the world, but it's maker would not live to receive recognition.

Hanzo's apprentice would condemn the sword for its magic and for causing his master's death and would lock it up in a temple, to be lost forever in time. Kaito would eventually find the sword and would become its wielder.

Special Abilities:

Phantom Trick - The blade receives its name from its unique ability to act like a ghost; hovering under the users command. When in motion the weapon can be seen, but when stationary it becomes "unseen". In other words it becomes invisible. (Whenever it moves, during an attack or just moving, it can be seen by everyone else) Kaito, however, is granted the ability to see the phantom blade because he is the wielder. However, any Dojutsu can see the blade's ghostly energy.

Corrupt Energy - The blade also carries the ability to release an energy through slashes, cuts, etc. It is the energy of the spirit that infused the weapon with its power. When energy is released into the body of the opponent, it begins breaking down and "petrifying" the flesh, destroying matter slowly. The Health of the inflicted determines the outcome: Those with SS-Rank Health are completely immune to the energy. S-Rank Health is able to hold off the energy, giving them ten posts to apply medical attention, before flesh around the wound is destroyed. A-Rank Health allows the inflicted six posts to apply medical attention. B-Rank allows four posts. C-Rank and below an the energy will begin working on the flesh instantly. [Flesh in a four inch radius from the wound will be affected]

S-Rank medical techniques are required to stop the process and to activate the energy, the blade taxes the user an A-Rank. When used once, the sword requires an eight post cool-down.

Chakra Infusion - Kaito can infuse his elemental chakra through the blade. C-Rank.

Make the sword seeable by any doujutsu user not just Byakugan users. Give the petrifying ability an activation cost of 20CP making it an active ability. Also give more detail to what it does, would it kill the person sliced, make that body part useless etc.

How much chakra capacity is needed to make this sword invisible.

Well the first ability doesn't really charge me any chakra. That's just the sword's unique ability.
