What it does: Distortion does what it name states, creating a shell of chakra which deflects any projectile that impacts it as long as it is below the jutsu's power. Upon deflection the user is able to direct which way the deflected object but is unable to control said object. The shell of chakra covers the users entire body at speed of 50.Wordcount to learn: 3000Chakra Cost: 30ap/10ap per postBonus Requirements: Hikari Ootsutsuki-AsuraBackstory: Hikari doesn't have very high health. She can't survive a bijuu blast that well unless her cloaks are active. Sadly she can't exactly activate said cloaks all the time and remembering Arc wanting a person who is proficient in S/T jutsu stayed up for a few hours and developed jutsu which was able to completely deflect objects | |
