Oogami

Name: Oogami
Appearance: The shaft (hehehe shaft... good lord I am immature.) is 6ft long. The blade is 3ft long, with a 6in width. The blade looks like a regular scythe blade. The handle is compose of a knotted and curved dark wood branch. The steel blade is lodged into the end, with a bit of it sticking out of the back.
Backstory: In order to protect himself, Tonbei carried a makeshift Bo-staff. The staff was curved and knotted, making less effective for striking. Given its sub par performance, most would've discarded it, but Tonbei held some sort of affection for it, for some odd reason. To make up for its effectiveness though, he broke into a farmer's tool shed, stealing one of the scythes hanging from the wall. He dismantled the scythe and worked the blade of it into the tip of the Bo.

Special Abilities: 
1.) Blue Fire Cloak - When Tonbei activates his chakra cloak, the scythe blade gains an aura composed of blue fire. This can be used to create crescent shaped flames that move forward from the blade when swung. It also gains an immunity to fire. (The crescent's power depends on the cloak used. V1 offers a crescent that moves at 25 speed and power, V2 one that moves at 45.)
2.) Cloak Tempering - When Tonbei activates his chakra cloak, the blade becomes tempered by the chakra, giving it extra strength. (+50 health, and sharpness.)
3.) Look ma! No hands! - Since the weapon is tuned to Tonbei and Matatabi's chakra, the weapon can be manipulated without being held. (Up to 15 meters. The speed is based off of the user's chakra stat, capped at 75.)
Price: 10k
Character Specific: Tonbei, or any two tailed jinchuriki. (Given permission)
Bonus Requirements: Must be the jinchuriki of the two tails for the abilities to work.

(I feel like this is a bit overpowered. Someone come argue this, and gimme a price for it. Thanks to Kikato for the idea.)

Since it imbues itself with blue fire i would give it immunity from fire while using your bijuu cloak.

Make it +25 and +45 instead of 20 and 40 and make it power and speed. 

You cant give speed to a weapon really lol make the second ability +50 health and sharpness instead. I would also add in that the blade is so in tune with your chakra that it can be manipulated on its own without being held up to 15 meters from the wielder and it moves at a speed of the user's chakra stat capped at 75.

Cost for this would be 10k.  Dont forget to state that those two abilities are only while in Bijuu cloak form.
