What it does: This jutsu is manifested as a gem in the middle of the users forehead.  Removing or destroying the gem erases all the gems "Learned" jutsu.  however this jutsu can be cast to create a new gem.  the gems health is equal to the users chakra stat +50.

This technique is very simple.  If the user is hit by a jutsu his body immediately assimilates the jutsu in the gem on it's forehead and "Learns" it.  The user of this jutsu of course has to survive the blow.  This works for all jutsu or techniques however if the user is incapable of using the stored jutsu they still can't use the jutsu. However the user IS capable of learning and using jutsu that are character specific or kinjutsu. Technically the jutsu is known by the gem and the user just casts the jutsu.

Alternatively the user can learn all the jutsu that a specific person knows by headbutting the gem against the other persons forehead.  This type of learning is dangerous as it is possible to do it in such a way that it destroys the gem and all progress is lost.  However it is extremely effective.

This jutsu can only be used once the user has at least one jutsu of every type in every rank.

I'm going to have to deny this until you take out the learning and using limited jutsu. Even with this you cannot use or learn limited jutsu past your limit cap. There may be other notes coming. This technique will be discussed with the rest of staff.
