What it does:  Arcanis' dimension is the embodiment of shifting time and space. 




Within the dimension there exist a Castle of many rooms.  Outside the castle the sands and wind mask the ever shifting landscape.  Anyone (other than Arcanis) caught without a guide is lost in the desert. Approaching the castle gets you no closer to the castle without a guide. (The castle and desert are separated. When approaching the castle space warps and stretches preventing you from approaching Without Arcanis permission.)




In addition to causing players to become lost, the dimension itself is unable to be discovered from the outside. it is not possible to break into The Library of the Hermit from the outside without Arcanis direct permission.  This is because it is lost in time and space and cannot be found except by the one who knows where it is.




Arcanis has the power to design and form all parts of the castle as he wishes but can only include miscellaneous creations, such as making a bed or a sink.  He cannot create unique weapons or armor or the like.  He can however make basic weapons with no abilities and basic puppets with no mechanisms. He has complete control of both time and space within his Dimension.




Arcanis can teleport to and from The Library of the Hermit from any point to any point he's been or within 20 meters of that point at a speed of his reaction time. (the point has to be vacant)  Can only be used outside of battle.

Backstory:  Arcanis used his understanding of space to fold and isolate a dimension all to himself.  The space within the dimension reflected the emptiness of his inner soul.  The landscape of his inner self reflected in the dimension producing a barren waste of shifting sand locked in a never-ending twilight.
