Appearance: A large cloud of poisonous powdered scales
What it does: Chomei or its Jinchuuriki in full beast mode uses its powder element chakra to form a large cloud of poisonous powdered scales from its wings and then uses its wings to blow the powdered scales at a speed of 100 that can cover an area of 50 meters wide, 20 meters high and as far as 100 meters away from them. This technique has a power of 100 and anything with 50 health less than this jutsu's power will be instantly poisoned and die. If they have a health greater than the power of this jutsu they will be immune for 2 posts before they are poisoned and will lose 35 health every post if they don't get out of the technique's range and/or have the poison removed. Since it is made up of powdered scales it can be blown away by wind element techniques with a power of 100+.
