What it does: Shukaku or its Jinchuuriki in full beast mode scatters and compresses numerous particles of sand and then expel a large gust of wind from their stomach at 100 speed with 100 power. This technique does not do any harm to its intended target. Anyone caught in this technique with a health less than the power of this jutsu has sand particles injected into their bloodstream making it possible for Shukaku and its Jinchuuriki to sense them anywhere within a 100 meter radius. If the infected target comes within the radius of Shukaku's and its Jinchuuriki's sand manipulation, they will be completely paralyzed for 3 posts if their Health + Strength stat is less than the power of this jutsu upon Shukaku or its Jinchuuriki's will. This jutsu has a cooldown of 8 posts and another cooldown of 6 posts once the paralyzing effect takes place.
