Lockheed the light dragon

Name: Lockheed
Race: Dragon

Appearance: 2ft from tip of tail to tip of nose. 4ft wingspan. 1ft tall. mostly white with Golden-yellow running down its back and belly, golden 7in horns, and golden eyes.

Special Abilities:
1.Blend-Lockheed can manipulate the light around himself and/or others to reflect what is behind him (camouflage.) Costs 20cp for self and 40cp for himself and others. 10cp to upkeep per person per post. Cool down of half the posts it was active.
2.Illuminate-Lockheed can create a screen of white light,from his mouth, to temporarily blind all who is in sight of the light for one post. Costs 20cp. Cool down of 2 posts.
3.Light Source-Lockheed can create a small amount of light for Shinto to consume. Costs 20cp. Cool down of 1 post.
4.Solar Flare-Lockheed can create a stream of light as hot as a solar flare. Power is 10. Stream is 20m in length, 2m in width. Speed is 20. Costs 50cp. Cool down of 4 posts.
5.Magnification-Lockheed can manipulate the light around himself to make himself seem much larger and intimidates the enemy. Target is stunned and paralyzed for one post if their total stats are less than half of lockheed's total stats. Costs 20cp. Cool down of 2 posts.

Passive Abilities: 
1.Telepathy- Allows Lockheed to communicate through human speech telepathically with anyone up to 30 meters away, anyone they have met before up to 1 mile away and communicate with their Dragon Slayer up to 2 miles away. This ability can be used to link multiple people to communicate telepathically through the dragon within a 50 meter range of everyone linked this way.
2.Flight-Lockheed can fly at his speed stat.
3.Sense Enhancement-Lockheed can detect anyone within 50 meters on the ground and 100 meters in flight.
4.Roar-Lockheed can roar and alert anyone within 100 meters of their position from the sound of his roar.
5.Sharing-Lockheed can share any memory with anyone he chooses.

Solar Flare- raise the CP cost to 100 or give it an actual power and speed stat. 


Magnification- this needs a CP cost to activate. You also need to give a way for an enemy to not be paralyzed in fear such as "the enemy is paralyzed in fear for one post if there total stats are less than half of Lockheed's stats. 


Cool downs- give all of its special abilities some sort of cool down. 



Fix these things and I'll approve.

Magnification should not paralyze anyone whose total stats are half of his or more.
