What it does: Wiki wrote: The technique allows the user to enter the mind of any individual within their field of view, and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will. It is regarded as a genjutsu of the highest calibre, due to the victim being entirely unaware that they are being manipulated. As a testament to its power it was strong enough to negate Kabuto Yakushi's control over a Itachi Uchiha, despite the former's binding being considered near-absolute. After it has been used, this dōjutsu requires a decade before it can be used again. However, this period can be drastically reduced through the possession of Hashirama Senju's cells, as observed by Danzō Shimura's use. However, despite the additional stamina granted by Hashirama's cells, it is noted that this technique still can't be used multiple times in a single day.

This jutsu allows the user to completely rewrite a target's experiences, feelings, personality and actions to suit the user's needs. This allows the user to completely control a target without the target knowing they are being manipulated and believing they are acting of their own free will. This technique takes 1 post to take effect and it is permanent unless the genjutsu is released. The user cannot make the target kill themselves as the survival instinct will override the genjutsu. If the user tries to attack the target after performing this technique, the target will protect themselves, even if it goes against the genjutsu's original commands, this will not override the genjutsu. The only way this technique can be released is if the target is made aware of the genjutsu. Once the target is aware the genjutsu is being used on them they may release the technique through normal genjutsu releasing methods. Due to the nature of this technique, normal chakra sensing methods cannot be used to make the target aware of this genjutsu. This technique can only be used once every eight topics. If the user has Senju DNA then this technique may be used once every four topics instead of once every eight topics. This will be highly monitored for abuse.

I think with DNA they should only be able to o it every four topics, the other should be longer. Also may wanna add that it does not show up as other chakra to sensors, and as such sensory is not an acceptable way to become aware of this.
